Frequently Asked Questions

These Tips might help.

Q: My Scooter was caught in the Rain, now it won't start, what should I do?
A: Wipe the water off. Get a hair dryer and blow the console area of the handle bars for 20 min. keep the dryer moving don't stay on one spot. Then put a floor fan pointing at it, have it blow on it for a couple days then retry starting it. Note: put a plastic bag over the handle bars if it is going to be outside.

Q: My scooter won't go, the batteries are charged, the lights/horn work.
A:Check your "Free-Wheel Lever" is in the correct postion, flip it back and forth to make sure it is all the way in position. This lever disengages the parking Brake so you may push the scooter manually.

A:#1 don't buy it if you don't see it run. No lights, No Horn, No good, Need New Batteries.
